Everything that governs working with Kaari Studio, in one place: privacy, terms, refunds, cookies and disclaimers.
These policies are a working template for the studio, written in plain language. They should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before the site goes live.
This Privacy Policy explains how Kaari Studio ("Kaari", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects the information you share with us when you contact us or use our website.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver our design and execution services, and, only where you have asked us to, keep you updated. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, analytics and our lead-management tools, under appropriate confidentiality, and where disclosure is required by law.
We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To make a request, email hello@kaaristudio.in.
By engaging Kaari Studio or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Any project is also governed by the specific written proposal or agreement signed for that project, which takes precedence where it differs.
We take on execution only when it aligns with our design philosophy and standards.
Fees, scope and a payment schedule are confirmed in a written proposal. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. Work begins once the agreed advance is received, with further payments tied to milestones.
Timelines shared with you are good-faith estimates and depend on timely approvals, site readiness and material availability. Changes to scope may affect both cost and schedule and will be confirmed in writing.
You agree to provide an accurate brief, timely approvals and decisions, reasonable site access, and any required third-party permissions (for example from your building, society or association).
All designs, drawings and 3D visuals remain the intellectual property of Kaari Studio. On full payment, you receive the right to use the deliverables for your own home; they may not be resold or reused for other projects without our consent.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid to us for that project. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third parties, vendors or factors outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
A booking advance is required to begin a project. Because design work starts immediately, the portion of fees corresponding to work already carried out is non-refundable.
If you cancel during the design phase, any refund is calculated against the work completed to that point, for example whether we have reached the concept, 2D or 3D milestone. Work delivered up to the cancellation date remains payable.
For turnkey projects, materials that have been sourced or ordered and work that has been executed are non-refundable. Milestone payments already made cover work and materials committed up to that stage.
To cancel, email hello@kaaristudio.in. We will confirm the status of your project and share a clear statement of any amount due or refundable.
Where a refund is due, it is processed to the original payment method within the number of business days stated in your project agreement.
